Instructions to Make the Event Payment

Follow these steps to access the payment through the service portal:

1. Click on the payment button

Start by clicking the button labeled: 🟢 “Pay Entry”
This will take you to the university’s service portal.

2. Access the services catalog

Once on the platform, click the link: 🔗 “Ver Catálogo de Servicios Sede Bogotá” (This link appears highlighted in dark blue.)

3. Open the services portfolio

Select the option: 🗂️ “VER PORTAFOLIO DE SERVICIOS”

4. Go to the services section

On the new page, click on the SERVICIOS icon located at the top right corner, next to the 🔐 “SALIDA SEGURA” button.

5. Select the appropriate faculty

In the dropdown menu, choose: 🏫 Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias

6. Enter the courses section

Click on the option: 📘 “CURSOS DE EXTENSIÓN FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS AGRARIAS ”

7. Proceed with the payment

You will now see the list of available courses.
Locate the course related to the event and click on the + SIGUIENTE button to complete your registration.

Wire Transfer Instructions — EUR Payments

The following instructions summarize the required details to perform an international EUR transfer to the Universidad Nacional de Colombia's account at Banco Popular. For the official PDF instructions and bank certification, please consult the attached documents.

1. Correspondent / Intermediary bank

Intermediary bank: Deutsche Bank A.G., Frankfurt
SWIFT (intermediary): DEUTDEFF

Use this intermediary (correspondent) bank field if your ordering bank requires a correspondent bank for EUR transfers.

2. Beneficiary bank (receiving bank)

Beneficiary bank: Banco Popular S.A., Colombia
SWIFT (beneficiary): BPOPCOBB 100951301100

Please instruct the sending bank to indicate the currency as EUR and to include the beneficiary account exactly as shown.

3. Beneficiary details (to be provided by the payer)

  1. Full name of beneficiary (as registered at Banco Popular). UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA
  2. Beneficiary account number: 220012720033.
  3. Beneficiary identification (NIT or national ID number).899999063

If your bank asks for additional identifying fields (e.g., branch code), please confirm with the ordering bank before sending. Including an invoice or reference number in the payment details will speed up reconciliation.

4. Additional recommendations

  • Verify the beneficiary data before authorizing the transfer.
  • If transfers are urgent, request a SWIFT confirmation from your bank and forward it to our finance office.
  • Notify our finance contact once the transfer is initiated and share the transaction reference.
